We’re excited to offer you this exclusive preview of the Nomadic learning experience! Here’s what you can expect:
- During the workshop, you can work through the five Field Manuals (our version of an online module) in the program at your own pace. We recommend setting aside a bit more than an hour per week to go through the material so that you can get the most out of the experience, especially since the deeper learning happens in the discussions with other cohort members.
- You’ll be joined by peers from around the globe. Feel free to invite your colleagues and friends so that you can learn together.
- As part of the experience, you'll also have access to a recording of our recent State of Strategic L&D event with Donald H. Taylor, discussing what’s distinguishing a new generation of L&D leaders, as well as a webinar discussion featuring voices from Nomadic and other organizations where you can get to know your fellow learners live.
- Each part of this Strategic L&D Workshop is outlined in a special Learner Journey to make it easy to follow along. We'll offer a personalized certificate of completion if you attend everything (watching the recorded sessions of the live events counts, too).
